The holder of personal data is entitled to exercise the right of access to them for free at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest of that purpose is credited as provided in Article 14, paragraph 3 of the Law No. 25.326. "The NATIONAL DIRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION, Control Law Organ No. 25,326, has the authority to address the complaints and claims that stands before the breach of the personal data protection laws.
